This was a test of using CAD software and next cleaning up and preparing the asset for in-game use.
Looks like everything worked out pretty well and this workflow definitely "must have" for (almost) any hard-surface stuff.
Alongside with this, I found for myself that Marmoset baker gives an incredible result.
and yeah, after using Fusion 360 for me Moi3d turned out to be more user-friendly. Still haven't decided yet which one will be in use.
